VCT Accountant

Key Duties

* Preparation of a portfolio of VCTs, incorporating full monthly management accounts, preparation of interim and annual financial reports, including performance and investment commentary
* Forecasting and modeling financial statements
* Budget preparation and monitoring of costs
* Treasury management
* Periodic reporting as required by the Listing and Disclosure Rules

Key Requirements

* Will be qualified ACA, ACCA (or CIMA with a strong financial accounting background)
* Strong academic profile including degree qualfied and good A-level grades
* Highly organised with an attention to detail
* Sound knowledge of the Financial Services sector
* Confident in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* SUN systems ideal
