Service Desk Manager ( ITIL ) required for leading sports / leisure organisation, based in Southampton , Hampshire, to take on this newly created opportunity!
This is a great opportunity, for a process oriented (ITIL) Service Desk Team Leader / Supervisor ( or Service Desk Manager running a small team), to take responsibility for the Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes. In addition you will be an active member of change, release, asset and problem management teams.

To be considered for this role we would expect you to be able to demonstrate strong Customer Service, ITIL process and people management skills. Technically we would expect you to still be able to roll up your sleeves, as required, to take on day to day responsibilities including:
- User Accounts & Passwords (Active Directory)
- Mobile Device Management
- Desktop Builds & Support (Windows 7 & OSX)
- Desktop applications including Microsoft Office
- Audio Visual Services
- File/Folder Security
- Remote Access, Network & Wi-Fi Services
- Print, Copy, Scan, Fax Services
- Service Management, Event Management and reporting tools (Microsoft System Centre preferred)
In return for your experience you can expect an attractive salary in the region of £36,000 - £40,000 + benefits (depending on experience), a commitment to your continuous development / training and, of course, the opportunity to shape this new position.
