This is an exciting time to join our business as we have recently been acquired by StepStone, one of the most successful online job board businesses in Europe with whom we share a common purpose to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers.
We’re hiring a B2B Sales Executive for Jobsite.co.uk to be based in our Havant office. You will focus on converting leads into corporate accounts, selling our range of online recruitment advertising solutions into recruitment agencies and/or direct clients.
You will be a credible Sales professional with proven full life cycle new business development experience, ideally gained within a B2B industry sector. If you can demonstrate the drive, credibility and maturity to ‘sell’, we will look outside of this. Exposure to selling services within any of the following would be beneficial: online, media, advertising, publishing, recruitment consultancy and/or solutions.
Of course the above is our ideal requirement, however we would still be keen to hear from you if you are looking to forge a long-term sales career and feel you have the personal attributes to make you successful!
Some of your key responsibilities;
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPI’s;
- Consistently achieve high standards of performance in-line with business expectations;
- Develop excellent relationships with our clients;
- Ensure exceptional representation of Jobsite’s brand in dealing with customers;
- Establish and maintain excellent internal working relationships with all business functions;
- Keep clear and detailed records on our CRM (SalesForce);
Your ideal skills & attributes;
- Demonstrable new business development experience – you’ll have obtained some experience in converting new business to account managed;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Enthusiastic and driven outlook; able to handle fast turnarounds;
- Good decision making skills with the ability to work independently as well as with others;
- Proactivity, initiative and attention to detail
- IT literate with experience of analysing data
- Ability to multi-task
- Maturity and gravitas – ability to communicate up to senior level
Nice to have’s;
- Experience/Knowledge of CRM systems (SalesForce would be even better!)
- Exposure to selling within a related environment: online, media, publishing, recruitment consultancy and/or solutions selling
