Area Manager - Customer Field Services

Up to £43,500 per annum plus fantastic reward package
Based in Hanningfield, near Chelmsford, Essex

In this new role, you'll provide leadership to a mainly field based team motivating and supporting them to provide excellent customer experience related to the delivery of water services and active leakage control within the Essex area. You'll bring your customer-focused approach to manage all aspects of team leadership, budget control and think-on-your-feet decision-making.

We're looking for people with a level of technical aptitude, strong and pragmatic problem solving ability, along with advanced interpersonal skills enabling successful negotiations, both internally and externally. Ideally degree qualified, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to use your creativity and innovation.

There is a requirement for you to provide standby cover for operational support for which additional payment is made.
