Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Work alongside Programme Advisors as part of a dedicated Performance Support team, providing proactive and reactive support to students requiring additional help throughout their study
Provide one-to-one tailored coaching to those students who require it
Monitor the performance of students throughout their studies, with a focus on the successful completion of assessments throughout the course
Work alongside the client account team and client programme managers to ensure that new students are welcomed to BPP and familiar with support available
Provide value adding reporting analysis to internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and analysing data gathered on student behaviour throughout the programmes in order to help develop programme enhancements
Work to develop a knowledge bank of content and FAQ to be used by the Programme Advisors to allow introductory emails and common responses to be easily generated
Take responsibility for various programmes and manage them effectively to ensure smooth running for students and other stakeholders
Opportunity for involvement in various projects relating to the role, including the rollout of the Performance Support team to new clients/qualifications, and the creation of resources for students (e.g. exam advice and script reviews to aid exam technique)

Make suggestions to improve the working situation within own area of work the company as a whole

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain empathy with stakeholders
Proactive, highly motivated and willing to get involved in a number of different projects
Responsible and able to take charge and effectively manage a programme/project area
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way to stakeholders
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Passionate about providing excellent client service with a positive approach to dealing with people
Interest in how technology can be used to improve user experience and find efficiencies in the business model
Adaptable to change, as the company and industry in which they are based is very fast paced and competitive
Qualifications/Experience for the job
Preferably holding full Accounting Professional Qualification - preferably one of the qualifications that candidate will be supporting such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA
