Location: Stevenage Office, 11 Gateway 1000, Arlington Business Park, Stevenage. SG1 2FP.
Interviews: February 2016
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Estimator - Up to £40k Full Time / Senior Estimator - Up to £50k Full Time, plus uncapped Incentive Scheme.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour (unpaid) for lunch
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

We have vacancies for a Surfacing Estimator and a Senior Surfacing Estimator based in our Stevenage Office. The Estimating role is ideal for someone wanting to work for a developing team, supporting both Sales and Contracting as required, to ensure a streamlined pipeline.

• Have you got the customer service and active listening skills to create great relationships with our customers, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and comprehensively summarised?
• Are you methodical, organised and self disciplined?
• Do you communicate with tact and confidence both in person, over the phone and in writing with suppliers and customers?
• Are you diligent in your tasks and enjoy ensuring all I's are dotted and T's are crossed?
