Avaya Voice Engineer - Leeds - £40K

Our household client is urgently recruiting an experienced Voice Avaya Engineer to be based in Leeds. 


Ideally you will have experience of:

• Full proficiency on all aspects of Avaya IP PBX and Avaya Aura Modular Messaging systems is required.
• Communication Manager 5.x experience or higher required.
• 96xx and 16xx series phone experience preferred.
• Experience with Avaya media gateways, specifically G450 and G700 models.
• Must be proficient in Avaya CentreVu CMS.
• Avaya IP Telephony and ACD Contact Center design and implementation
• Experience with Cisco networking, routing/switching protocols and solutions.
• Experience with Verint or Calabrio Call Recording preferred.
• Veramark Call accounting experience preferred
