Our Client are specialist in what they do with offices all over the UK, who are looking for a confident individual to join their busy friendly team.
The right individual will work alongside the Sales Manager where no 2 days are the same.
The Role
- Maintaining and building relationships with Suppliers and Vendors
- Putting customer quotes together
- Customer incidents and follow ups
- Managing various accounting reports
- Order processing
- Managing holiday cover
- Building and managing customer accounts on the database
- Backorder management; Chasing team daily
- Setting up and updating promotions
- Diary Management reports; scheduling customer/client visits
- General administrative support to the Sales Manager
The Candidate
· Confident and Outgoing , will be working in a team of strong characters
· Able to work well as part of a team as well as on own Initiative
· PC literate , Word , Excel , Outlook
· Good telephone manner
· Preferably experience working in Office Environment Admin or Customer Services Role
