Are you an Operations Manager with manufacturing start-up or pilot plant experience?

The Role
Following twenty years of research and development into our product, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to drive this lucrative business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Initially managing a small team of academic and technical staff in a start-up pilot plant
- Developing and implementing Quality, Production and Standard Operating systems and procedures to reduce wastage and costs and increase capacity
- Planned scale-up of manufacturing process in line with business growth plans
- Project Manage transfer of process technology from lab to full manufacturing scale
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline
- Experienced in 'scale up' manufacturing, from pilot plant to full scale production
- Ideally industry experience within Electronics/Semi-Conductor manufacturing or similar devices
- Background in establishing and implementing production quality and health and safety systems

Already supplying to market leaders in Process Control, Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Aerospace/Automotive, we are looking to grow our client base and significantly increase the size of our operation.
