SAP FICO Team Lead

Harvey Nash have been engaged by a leading manufacturing and retail organisation to urgently source and secure a highly experienced SAP FICO Team Lead. 


Our client is looking for an SAP FICO Team Lead to join their existing SAP Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing knowledge, support and leadership to the finance team throughout the implementation and support phases. As well as managing the team, the FICO Team Lead will be hands on in the configuration of the FICO module. 

The successful candidate must have the following experience: 

* A minimum of 8 years SAP FICO experience 
* Experience of the full SAP FICO project lifecycle 
* Previous experience of leading their own team 
* Must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in order to effectively communicate and engage with senior stakeholders both within the UK and internationally. 
* The ideal candidate will preferably come from an accounting background 
* Previous experience of going out and speaking to the business, gathering requirements and providing solutions that benefit the business. 

Please note that this role requires the candidate to travel throughout the UK and therefore the candidate must be willing to travel to various sites. The candidate must also be ambitious and self-motivated in order to be successful in this role.
