ERP or Accounting Software Support Consultants x 2 - Manchester

This global software company is looking for 2 additional Application Support Consultants with Accounting and / or ERP software support skills, to join their busy support desk team in the south of Manchester. As an incredibly successful software business, then have grown consistently for more than 20 years and are highly respected in the market. On top of that they treat their staff very well indeed. Starting salary to £40k (negotiable), plus bonus, pension and regular reviews.
 

You will be responsible for supporting business functions and applications including accounting / finance, order processing, and stock control as well as possibly a few other systems such as document management as part of a dynamic team of Application Support people, as well as liaising with the developers where necessary. You will manage all aspects of support issues generated by clients including recording, documenting, issue resolution and escalation and client training where necessary. 

The successful candidate will have strong experience of supporting ERP or accounting software solutions such as Infor SunSystems, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, Sage 200, Access Dimensions, Unit 4 Agresso, Kerridge, SAP Business ByDesign, Epicor, Exact, Infor M3, Sage 1000, Greentree, Sage Line 500 or similar along with knowledge of SQL Server. You should be a good problem solver, a good communicator, well organised and enthusiastic.
