Band 6/7 Income Accountant

This role will be responsible for all income accounting. The candidate will be involved with PBR and contracting and charging for contracts. The successful candidate will be in a position where they can influence significant change to the NHS organisation.


Key attributes the successful candidate will have include relevant NHS experience, great communication skills, excellent Excel skills including experience with pivot tables and lookups. PBR and contracting experience is desirable but not essential. Part qualified in accountancy or higher is desirable or an accountancy background. 

The candidate will be in post for 3-4 months with possibility for extension. It is essential that the candidate has experience within an Income environment ideally within the NHS and be available to start in the beginning of January 2016.
