Fund Accounting Manager

Working for a prestigious Asset Manager based in London, your team will be responsible for both the production and oversight of all the fund accounting processes. Working across all three funds the team is responsible for the: 

• Control and oversight of all third party administration/production
  
• Financial and performance reporting for each fund particularly around the reporting of any complex transactions
  
• Production of all Investor Reporting and Board Papers
  

This role will require full control and oversight of all of the above three aspects including the presentation of Board reports and some investor reporting. 

In addition to this, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of a team of 5 accountants with varying levels of experience. This will include an oversight of all day to day responsibilities, individual and team meetings, objective setting, annual appraisals and performance management. 

You will likely have the following experience; 

• Significant post qualification accounting experience within an Alternative Assets/ Investment Management environment
  
• Experience of both fund accounting production and review including strong IFRS knowledge
  
• Experience of working with and oversight of Third Party Suppliers
  
• Experience of the day to day management of a small team
