Vacancy - Care and Support Worker Fast Track Team

Salary Range - £7.00/7.50 ph. Weekdays

£8.00/8.50 ph. Weekends

Relevant care experience essential

To support end of life customers to remain living in their own homes for as long as they require.

To provide each customer with a high quality of care, that is respectful, dignified and encourages independence whilst adhering to the customers care and support plan.  Document and report all relevant customer care information.

To undertake training  and deliver specialised care as per individual customer needs

Duties and responsibilities

• To support a customer through temporary and terminal illness
• To assist customers with all aspects of their personal care
• To assist customers with all aspects of medication
• To assist customers with all aspects of their meal preparation
• To support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
• To support customers with home management
• To help in the promotion of a customer's mental and physical activities
• To document and report all relevant customer information
• To work as part of the Bluebird Care team
• To comply with the Bluebird Care business guidelines and policies at all times.

Working Pattern

Week 1 - 7.00am - 3.00pm, Monday - Sunday = 56hrs

Week 2 - Week Off   (additional hours available on request)

Week 3 - 3.00pm - 10.00pm, Monday - Sunday = 49hrs

Week 4 - Week Off   (additional hours available on request)
