Compliance Advisor

Compliance Advisor Vacancy with Global Financial Services firm

* This is an integral advisory position in the compliance division of a global financial services firm. You will be a main point of contact for the business and will provide advice on a range of products and services.
* Keeping abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements and advise the business accordingly, as well as design and maintain policies and procedures.
* Create and deliver compliance training.
* Working as part of the global compliance tea, liaising with and advising colleagues in other locations.
* Assisting on ad hoc compliance assignments.
* Identifying regulatory and compliance risks and seeking to mitigate these.

Skill Set Required

* Proven compliance advisory background gained in the asset management industry or another relevant financial services firm.
* Good knowledge of funds and the regulations applicable to them.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good knowledge of FCA regulations.
* Excellent knowledge of Investor & Treasury Services products, in particular custody, fund accounting, transfer agency, securities lending, investment compliance, shareholder services.
