Accounts Assistant

This is an exciting role based within a team where the key duties will include:-

* Reconciliation of bank accounts
* Daily posting of both sales and purchase invoices

* Maintaining accounting records of the monthly analysis
* Credit control in liaison with the sales ledger manager
* Administration and offering general support to the team
* Working on the company accounts using their own in house system similar to Sage
* Payroll for all staff using their in house system similar Sage
* Taking calls from customers / suppliers
* Transferring calls internally
* Book keeping up to trail balance
* Stock control
* Credit checking
* Working as part of a team and accounting skills are a must !
